67 years of life change
For over 67 years Camp Harlow has served our community as a ministry of First Baptist Church, providing a setting for action, excitement and adventure for kids in a caring, safe and nurturing environment. If you would like to get behind the ministry of Harlow by either volunteering or by way of financial support, please contact Kelly Gallo directly at 541-685-7202, or click the link below to donate. Your time, treasure and talents will make a difference in the life of a child!
Each summer we have hundreds of counselors on our staff investing in campers and helping Camp Harlow run smoothly. When the summer ends, there are some folks that stick around. Click here to meet our year round staff members!
The Harlow Legacy
Over 67 years ago, Frank and Gertrude Harlow generously donated 200 acres of land to First Baptist Church to be set aside for ministry to children. Original plans called for an orphanage, but the state, at that time, was transitioning toward the foster system. Therefore, the plan for a children’s camp was set in motion.
For over six decades, Camp Harlow has been providing a fun, safe, welcoming environment where kids can come to camp to play, laugh, grow and learn of God’s great love.
We continue to be amazed as God’s blessings continue to grow at Camp Harlow, year after year..
