What to Bring – Summer Day Camp
Below you will find important information about check-in and what to bring.
Regular hours: 8:30am-3:30pm
Extended hours: 7:45am-5:30pm
Our desire is for check-in to go as quickly and smoothly as possible. One thing that will help is for all account balances to be paid in full and all financial options (photo, camp store, etc.) to be purchased in advance. If your account is paid in full, and you are NOT adding any financial options as addressed above, you will be able to go through our Express Check-in when you arrive at camp. If you need to pay a balance once you arrive, you will be able to go through our regular registration line (but it will take just a little longer).
If you need to see the Camp Nurse, you’ll make one more stop before getting your camper settled into their group! If you need to turn in medications or share health information please send medication in the original containers with current directions and enough medication for the time they are at camp.
If your camper is hoping to be in a group with a buddy, it’s a good idea to go through the registration line together, and we’ll do our best to put you with the same counselor. Your camper will be assigned to a Counselor, and you will receive a card for picking up your camper. Please be sure to bring this card every day at pickup.
What to Bring:
Sack lunch for each day. We will provide milk or juice at lunch and an afternoon snack.
Water bottle to keep your camper hydrated (and to help us in our goal to become a more sustainable camp)
Long pants and closed-toed shoes (required for riding horses)
Modest swimsuit (no bikinis, please)
Please make sure that your camper’s name is clearly marked on everything.
