Staff applications are available!

Notice some changes have been made regarding our positions and application
process. We have done some restructuring of positions and position titles
so make sure you read the description of each position carefully. We feel
this restructuring better suits our mission as a staff.

CITS (Formerly CAPS): 13-14 year olds

As we have been restructuring our application process, some changes have been made regarding our positions. Our position for 13-14 year olds, formerly known as the CAP Program, will now be called Counselors-in-Training or “CIT’s.” The job responsibilities of our 13-14 year staff (formerly known as “CAP’s”) will remain the same, but we believe the name CIT better fits the position description. It is designed as a training program for 13 and 14 year old students, giving them a chance to assist and support counselors in leading campers at Day Camps. What counselors are saying:

I’ve loved getting to work at camp throughout the years, but the thing I might love the most is all of the new relationships that were created that will last beyond camp.

SOS member

My favorite part of being at Camp Harlow this summer was getting to pour myself into every camper and develop relationships with the staff. I felt that I really got the chance to push myself outside of my comfort zone and deepen my faith!

Senior Counselor

This summer I grew so much in trusting God with uncertain circumstances. Throughout this summer, we got to see God work in ways that we never thought would’ve been possible.
