Camp Harlow may offer PARTIAL Scholarships for campers who financially would not otherwise be able to attend one of our 2026 summer camps. Scholarship awards are given based on camper needs and availability of Scholarship funds.

Scholarships are limited to one scholarship per camper per year. Applications are due before June 1st, 2026. Scholarship funds are non-transferable from one camper to another or from one year to the next.

Remaining balance must be paid by the Wednesday before the chosen camp begins.

Scholarships do not help with camp store money, apparel, and other extras.

Only FULLY completed forms are processed. If you skip a field, your application will not be sent to us for review.

Please complete the online camp registration as soon as possible. To guarantee a spot for your camper the $75 deposit must be paid before the desired camp fills up. Your child is NOT REGISTERED in their camp and a space is NOT guaranteed until the $75 deposit has been paid. If your desired camp fills up before paying the $75 deposit, you will be added to the waitlist for that camp.

Please note: Online Camp Registration and $75 deposit should be completed before scholarship application is submitted to guarantee as spot in camp.

**Our scholarship committee will start reviewing applications in March. They meet every 2 weeks so if you apply before March, you should hear back via email in March. If you apply after March 1st should hear back 2-3 weeks after submitting your application.**
